Pulley threaded fixed thread loosened tolerance
thingiverse
I was having a lot of trouble printing the pulley gear from motoz design, even after going through extensive calibrations to limit stringing in my prints. So, since motoz was kind enough to include the .fcstd files, I was able to modify it and slightly increase the gap between the rollers and other surfaces. This one prints very well (for me at least) and while it's a little loose, it rolls really well and smoothly. I have also included the design files and .stl, in case you want to tinker with it. Enjoy! Printed on a Geeetech A10M.
