Pulley Ramp
prusaprinters

Bought the RAD Sportz Bicycle Hoist and saw what many had complained about, the loose pulleys. I made some quick shims, which worked well, but they didnt stay in. Added the bottom groove to hold them in, made too much pressure at the top. Added the top groove and now they are pretty much perfect.

Your pulleys might be slightly different than mine. I made the ramps are 2.5mm thick, the retaining groove 1mm deep. If you need to make them thinner or thicker do so in PrusaSlicer, and make sure to add or remove the width you changed to the two rectangular wedges. I had a pulley that was too tight, so I removed .5mm from both ramps and added 1mm to the width of the wedges.
