I engineered a solution to eliminate the pulleys from stepper motors on the Lulzbot Taz6. There are two versions, one utilizing long m4 threaded inserts from McMaster and the other employing an m4 nut. Simply place the device around the pulley and secure it with the m4 screw. This design is optimized for maximum strength when printed with the flat side facing down.
