I engineered a solution to eliminate pulleys from stepper motors on the Lulzbot Taz6. Two versions exist, with the first utilizing long M4 threaded inserts from McMaster and the second employing an M4 nut. To use this design, simply wrap it around the pulley and screw in the M4 screw. This solution is optimized for maximum strength when printed with the flat side facing down.
