This is a precision-engineered pulley mount system, specifically designed for our highly-regarded channel linear slide system. This innovative design attaches to the edge of the channels, allowing the pulley to be neatly housed above them. The pulley wheel is safely encapsulated within the mount, and its ends are discreetly covered with end caps. The pulley rope threads through carefully-drilled holes. Our mounts are thoughtfully designed as double-sided units, facilitating both the extension and retraction of the sliders. For applications where space is at a premium, the small pulley bracket offers an alternative solution that allows the back pulleys to be mounted inside the channel, thereby reducing the length of the slide assembly to fit within the 18in sizing cube. In addition, we have introduced a new endcap design that minimizes the amount of material in line with the rope.
