Pulley meant to hang from a rope
prusaprinters

A simple pulley that is printable with no extra hardware which I hang from the ceiling of my garage. I am ~200lbs and can swing from the pulley with no issues. I will be adding 2 and 3 pulley designs soon.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

Prusa Steel

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.20

Infill:

100%

Filament:

Any PETG

Notes:

I printed in PETG at 100% infill. The bearing is a little tight using PETG so PLA also works for it.

Print the shaft with the lip facing up. This will align the layers in an optimal direction. The bearing has a rectangle hole to enforce this.

Post-Printing

Put shaft through harness and gear. Use the "c clip" to secure it in place.

Category: Tools
