Pulley generator with hex hole and hub holes support (useful in FRC)
thingiverse
Based on [Parametric Pulley Library](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2136539), which was inspired by [Parametric Pulley](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627), this updated pulley generator includes support for hexagonal holes with chamfer and an array of round holes in a pattern, common on hubs, thanks to the FRC-focused GT2 pulley collection [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3333938).\r\n\r\nThe default configuration hides the built-in nut-based mount in favor of just the hex hole, sized for 1/2" hexagonal rod, and features a hub hole pattern based on the Vex VersaHub system, making it well-suited for use in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC).\r\n\r\nThe generated pulleys are a collection ready for use with HTD 5mm pitch belts in either 9mm or 15mm width, with the latter being commonly used on FRC robot stock drivetrain, so teams likely have such belts on hand. Combine with 1/2" hex rods and hold in place with hex shaft collars (either metal ones or 3D printed ones).
