Pulley for hacked sewing machine
thingiverse
This is a pulley tailored for Singer Starlet sewing machines. The design draws inspiration from the parametric pulley created by droftarts, accessible on thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627). I opted to use it after swapping out the standard AC motor with a nema 17 stepper motor that fit snugly into the existing motor holder. The belt aligns perfectly onto the pulley and maintains ideal tension. The pulley is secured to the shaft via two grub screws and nuts.
