This is a pulley for the Geeetech Prusa i3 that allows the belt to run without touching the lateral walls. I designed each pulley to be in two separate pieces, making it easier to print them with inner limiter walls at 90-degree angles. If printed in one solid piece, the upper ring would only reach a maximum of 45 degrees, allowing the belt to ride up over the margin ring when traveling sideways. The separated ring parts maintain their center position over the two bearings because they fit snugly together in the narrow space between them.
