Pulley for Geeetech Prusa i3 B+C Idler Belt Tensioner, Customizable
thingiverse
I picked up a bargain on a China-made Geeetech Prusa i3 3D printer, and I was shocked to see that the idlers only came with two 624ZZ ball bearings, leaving the belt without any guidance as it rubbed constantly against sharp metal. This pulley design addresses this issue, created to fit snugly over two 624 ball bearings while guiding a 6mm wide belt safely out of harm's way. Apparently, it is compatible with the Geeetech Delta Rostock G2 and G2S printers. Keep in mind that a standard tolerance of 0.2mm has been built into the design to account for overprint variations common to Geeetech printers. If you're using this pulley on a different printer or if it still doesn't fit quite right, you can tweak the SCAD code to get a perfect match (In the Customizer App or OpenSCAD directly).
