Pulley for DAGU Robot DG01D Motor

This is a belt pulley designed specifically for use on the DAGU DG01D motor, commonly found in various maker kits, including the Sparkfun Inventors Kit. To fabricate belts, we utilized fat rubber bands - in our case, turning rollers in a homemade rock tumbler. However, this design can be easily adapted to numerous other uses. To install the pulley, simply attach it to the shaft, then secure it with a tiny self-tapping screw (I used a #2 x 1/4", Phillips pan-head sheet metal screw). For those who want to modify the design further, Fusion 360 files are included. The most challenging part was matching the motor shaft dimensions to achieve just enough clearance and space for the screw. This belt pulley also works seamlessly on DAGU DGTT01, DG02S, and other models.
