Pulley cover for Electric Skateboard
thingiverse
I am the exact replacement for Electric Bubblegum skateboard pulley cover, which means I was designed to take its place. Be aware that I might not fit other things, so make sure it's meant for a skateboard before printing. General print settings: To start with a solid base setting, we use ABS plastic by default. Only use high-temperature, high-impact plastics like ABS or something stronger; otherwise, PLA is off-limits since it will melt the minute you try to use it. For our build parameters: We opt for a layer height of .20mm and 5 outer layers Choose infill of 60% Hexigon style. Our print speed tops out at 60mm/s, keeping the temperature at: 225 degrees Celsius extruder 115 degrees Celsius bed Don't set the support threshold higher than 75-degree overhangs Print on a glass bed with acetone slurry - for optimal bonding results. Make sure it's composed of 95% acetone to 5% ABS filament by volume.
