This robust pulley system is designed to be completely reliable thanks to its clever soft mount mechanism. A high-quality 608 skateboard bearing is utilized to guarantee silky smooth operation at all times. The printed components serve merely as guides, directing the rope through and around the bearing; therefore, the pulley's performance is not dependent on the strength of these parts.\r\n\r\nMake use of a vise to firmly press the 608 bearing into its designated position within the bearing rope trace.\r\nPosition two M8 washers on either side of the bearing and carefully slide it into place within the pulley block. Next, insert the rope through the pulley block, the washers, and the 608 bearing as depicted in the accompanying photographs.
