Pulley (Block and tackle)
thingiverse
This is a block and tackle pulley system designed for use with 5mm paracord, although other sizes may also work well. It necessitates two M5 carriage bolts that are greater than 35mm long, along with two M5 nuts and two small washers to fit snugly between the nut and the printed block. Additionally, a large washer placed inside between the two pulley wheels may also be necessary for optimal performance. To print this system, you will need to print two copies of Block 13042018 and four copies of Pulley Wheel. If using Pulley Wheel 13042018, which creates an 11mm wide pulley wheel, you can omit the large washer. However, it's recommended not to do so. On the other hand, if you're using Pulley Wheel 20042018, which produces a 10mm wide pulley wheel, you will need to include a large washer with a diameter of 30mm for proper function. In the future, I plan on enhancing this design by reducing friction created by the faces of the wheels and potentially incorporating bearings.
