I printed some pulleys for my friend's kid after they saw something on TV that sparked their curiosity about them. They wanted to play around with the pulleys, so I made a couple of them. I know that printing at 50% infill and using three outlines can make them easily lift a 35-pound weight, but it's essential to exercise caution when lifting heavy loads. Print Settings Printer Brand: Airwolf 3D Printer: AW3D HD Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 50% Post-Printing Assembly: With some gentle cleaning, the parts should all fit together without glue. I used a little grease and worked the pulley for a bit to get it moving smoothly.
