Pull-up handles
thingiverse
3D printed pull-up handles for home training are a versatile solution. Print big parts twice, while small bar-holders require four prints. Drill out holes in handles to securely receive screws. The two bar-plate holes on each handle side can be tapped for M3 bolts or directly screwed in, taking care not to strip the plastic. Pre-drill larger holes for the plates themselves so that screws pass freely through those. Mounting hardware includes: 6 x 5mm screws of length matching your wall; 20-25mm long screws work well for plywood, while longer screws are suitable for wall studs and brick walls. 6 washers (I used 5.3mm inside diameter washers) 8 x M3 by 15mm machine screws Use washers when attaching to a wall to relieve stresses on plastic handles. Tested with a person of 70 kilograms; use at your own risk. Attach to the wall using long screws, and always utilize all available screw holes as each screw then needs to hold less weight. I assume no responsibility for the handle not supporting your body weight.
