Pull Toy, Snail

A handmade wooden snail pull toy I crafted in shop class many years ago is now a 3D printed PLA version. Seeing numerous well-designed wooden pull toys online, including several snail designs, reminded me of the flat, wobbly, poorly painted wooden toys I built long ago, including a snail pull toy. This 3D printed version far surpasses my early woodworking skills, so I plan to update some of my old wooden pull toys. Video of the prototype can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/xz5HDgi2r7g. All components are 3D printed, except for the wide rubber bands used for traction and yarn used for pulling. I designed this toy using Sketchup Make 2015 and printed it in PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2 with Makerware 2.3.3.42 "Standard" settings (.2mm layer height, 2 shells, 10% infill).
