Pull saw for Maslow tabs
thingiverse
I needed a reliable pull saw to cleanly cut the tabs produced by my Maslow CNC and I desired something more substantial than a hack saw blade. This design utilizes any "Sawzall" type blade, allowing you to use any length or type that fits this specific saw. The internal space is carefully designed to fit the tang and saw profile for maximum support, positioning the thumb depression upwards and ensuring the saw blade only fits in this orientation. You might need to clean out the slot depending on your printer's print quality. When inserting the blade, be cautious and ensure it's seated far enough to secure it with the small bolt. I discovered that tapping the handle base on the floor works well to properly seat the blade.
