Duck on wheels as children's toy to pull behind. Required parts: 1x Body.stl (beware of bottom, one side has removable supports in the eye and in the ball bearing seating) 4x Washer.stl (keep distance between wheels and duck's body) 2x Wheel_B.stl 2x Wheel_B_mirrored.stl OR: 1x Body.stl (beware of bottom, one side has removable supports in the eye and in the ball bearing seating) 4x Washer.stl (keep distance between wheels and duck's body) 4x Wheel_A.stl Additionally required: 4x Ball bearings size 608 (skateboard or inliner ball bearings) 2x Axles, (silver) steel, round, 8 mm diameter, 77 mm long 1x Pull rope Optional: 1x Handle.stl 2x WheelAssemblingAid.stl 2x Washer 1mm thick, 12 mm outer diameter, 4.5 mm inner diameter (will be laid into wheel assembly aid for strengthening) Printer settings: 0.25 mm layer thickness 3 shells 5 top layers 5 bottom layers lots of Infill for stability (30-50%) Building: - Print duck's body, the washers, and the wheels, optionally the handle. - Remove supports from body (rings from ball bearing seatings and flat pieces from eye). - Press the ball bearings into the body. - Press an axle (chamfer the edges) into a wheel, for doing so, the wheel can be placed in the wheel assembling aid (which fits at least for the wheels Wheel_B(_mirrored)). Pay attention, which wheel shape should run into which direction! - Do the same with the second axle. - Put a washer on each axle. - Plug the axles with the wheels through the ball bearings. - Put the remaining washers onto the axles. - Press the remaining wheels onto the axles with the help of the second wheel assembling aid. Also here pay attention to the running direction, if required. - Paint the eyes. - Run the pull rope through the lug in the breast and interlace. - Add the handle to the pull rope.
