PugLight
thingiverse
Compact pug flashlight design, consisting of 5-6 closely fitted pieces. Cree XP LED (XP-E or XP-L) mounted on the star board. Simple solder connections on the star board. Switch still needs to be installed. Powered by a single CR123A battery. Minimal material usage is key. The walls may appear thin on the pug light's body, but once assembled, it becomes surprisingly rigid. I'm considering thinning the parabolic front end to save even more material. Printed in PLA, the parts remain securely fitted. However, you might want to consider using a stiffer or stronger material. The battery cover will be designed separately at a later time. I've temporarily shifted focus to other projects.
