Human: lock designed to prevent patio umbrella from spinning wildly when tilted to block the sun's harsh rays. Specifically crafted for a 37mm umbrella pole, although it may also work effectively on poles measuring between 36-38 millimeters in diameter - however, this has not been thoroughly tested yet.
