This 3D model was originally built using Sketchup 8 and then exported to every other 3D format possible. Its native format remains .skp with the entire 3ds Max scene being crafted on 3ds Max 2016, finally rendered using Vray 3.00 Here is a standard public restroom that you can easily place in your office complex, service station, school building, hotel lobby, park grounds, or any location you wish to add it. Men's and women's restrooms are fully equipped with toilet paper dispensers and diaper changing stations. Many thanks to Cordelle for their high-quality toilets and urinals, however I was responsible for creating every other detail including stalls and sinks myself. Feel free to enjoy this asset, I'm sure you'll get plenty of use out of it if you choose to add it to your collection. Since the layout is constructed from components, they can be easily moved around to create a custom setup that suits your needs. As flexible as these models are, they're not ideal for household use.
