The building dimensions are 33' x 28' x 15'-8', with an overhang of 44' x 32'. Constructed from split face CMU and wood framing, the interior is white painted CMU (color can be changed). Signage is included, and objects are split for various rendering options. Modeled in 3ds Max using Vray and HDRI sky, textures are provided in a zip file. IES light for entry to restrooms is also included. The building and interior objects are grouped for easy scene management. Please be aware that other formats may need modifications, and buyer is responsible for corrections in other software. FBX file has 3ds Max 'Shell Modifier' added for Unity import.
