PTFE Tubing Cutter for 1.75mm filament

I like the design of the tubing cutter from StriK3FoRC3, but the blades from my DeWalt utility knife were too big to fit properly. I modified the design to allow more blade thickness, as well as for the longer blades that I had on hand. I've included the FreeCAD design file to make it easy to modify, if you need some other dimensions. I've only done this for 1.75mm filament, but it would be fairly easy to modify for larger diameters.
