After putting up with jam after jam on my Prusa I3 Mk3, I finally pinpointed the issue to its location between the heat brake and the PTFE tube. Following the step-by-step instructions in Prusa Research's How To Guide, I realized I should have beveled the bottom end of the replacement tube before installation. To fix this problem, you will need an X-Acto #11 blade and two short 2.5 mm screws or equivalent parts. The process is similar to sharpening a pencil, as you will see below.
