PTFE Tube Organizer

PTFE Tube Organizer

The first thing I noticed after installing my MMU3 is that you have PTFE tubes EVERYWHERE! While Prusa was good enough to provide several of these for tidying things up, they really don't want to stay put because they do not have a cover. That is where my PTFE Tube Organizers take over. This simply clips over and around the PTFE tubes and simply snaps closed preventing them from popping out. This organizer stays clipped firmly in place and retains the tubes from coming out when moving equipment around. They are also printed in one piece and are easily installed. Here are the settings that I used:.20 mm layer height.4 mm nozzle100% infillRafts: NoSupports: No4 Layers top and bottomI used PLA, but there is no reason why whatever filament you happen to be using wouldn't work. How to use this tool:Start by inserting each of your PTFE tubes in the order you desire. Snap the top section of the clip closed and press until you hear a click. To open, you may have to use a small screwdriver to pry out the latch enough to release the clip.
