This design belongs to the dry box concept (https://goo.gl/Lesu5Q) that keeps your filament dry and serves as a spool holder at the same time. The concept allows for easy replacement of pneumatic connectors, eliminating the problem of shaving some material off the connectors due to varying filling levels in the drum. This design solves the issue for me and also saves money. I have PTFE tubes with different diameters, so you may need to scale the model according to your needs or glue the tube in place.
