Simple Jig for Straight Cuts of PTFE Tube Print two blocks and one base, then assemble them together with a gap that's just wide enough for the blade you're going to use. The last picture shows how the parts should be oriented on the heat bed. You might need to open up the hole for the PTFE tube using a 4.2 mm drill, depending on your printer's calibration settings.
