PTFE Tube Clips

For my setup, I needed some 5-tube straight and 4-tube straight arrays. After I printed those, I thought why be limited by the single straight array. Like a Knex or LEGO toy, if you have enough combination of pieces, you can construct whatever array of tubes you need. You are no longer limited to a linear arrangement. Or, just use them to store you loops of PTFE tubing.

My design varies slightly to others. While keeping with nice lines and curves, the clip halves are off centered to allow each tube to stay in place while installing. Once the clip is loaded with the tubes and at the location desired, slide the top half in place to fix in place. The half slot and key on the two halves prevent you from sliding the top piece too far in, so the alignment will always be perfect.

Printed with PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% Grid infill, and 2 perimeters. Orientate the two halves on the build plate as shown, no supports required.

Some pieces have a 16.6mm tube spacing while others may have a 14mm spacing.
