Part of my filament storage are PTFE tubes. But having the filament ends loosely flying around isn't ideal. On the one hand they can absorb water from the air (depending of the filament type), on the otherhand it looks a bit messy. And if the end slips into the tube you have to open the box, ...
My solution for this problem is a little cap with two conical parts. The first one catches the filament, the second one the PTFE tube.

As usual I've attached the Fusion 360 file to make adjustments easier for you. You will also find a factory file with the settings from my Prusa MKS2 and PLA from rigid ink. This time I've added lots of duplicates and processes. Each process prints one duplicate. On my Prusa I can execute all process sequential (but in one gcode file). This reduces the print time by reducing the travel time between the items. The print head does not touch the previously printed items.

Side note: I'm new to 3D printing and I've to learn everything. I believe that making things on your own from the very first step is harder but finally you will get things done. Because of that I try not to download lot of things but create them from scratch. Even if they already exists. By sharing those things I hope to get feedback that I can improve my skills. So don't be angry if I upload things which already exists here.

I can't upload Fusion 360 files here, but you can download those from my Thingiverse page: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2459359

IKEA box SAMLA cover clamps: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2943-ikea-container-samla-cover-clamps
IKEA box SAMLA Spool holder with mounting helper: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2944-ikea-container-samla-spool-holder-storage
IKEA box SAMLA Spool holder spacer: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2942-ikea-box-samla-spool-holder-spacer
PTFE tube caps with filament catch: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2940-ptfe-tube-cap-with-filament-catch
PTFE tube organizer: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2462-ptfe-tube-organizer
PTFE tube mount: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/2458-ptfe-tube-mount-replacement-for-pneumatic-connecto

Print instructions

Resolution: 02.mm
Infill: 100% or lots of shells
Supports, Rafts: No

I've printed the caps solid to get a better seal.
