A PTFE Tube Cap for Your Filament Dry Box This product is designed specifically for 1.75 mm filament with a 2 mm ID and 4 mm OD PTFE tube. Use this cap to seal your PTFE feeder tubes from your dry box when not in use, without losing the filament inside the tube. When you unload one filament, first insert it snugly into the cap, then slide the cap over the PTFE tube. When ready to print again, pulling on the cap will pull the filament out of the tube, and then hold the filament to remove the cap. Important: Do not trim your filament tip before storing or the filament may become too smooth and won't grab onto the cap.
