Tool for cutting the 60° cone at the inside of PTFE tubes especially designed for E3D V6 Hotend, perfect for my Prusa MK3. ##BOM: ###printed parts: 1x **body** * body-7.stl* 1x **guide** *guide-7.stl* 1x **bolt fixture** *bolt_fixture-7.stl* 1x **logo** * logo-7.stl*
###other parts 1x **9mm stanely blade** 1x **bolt M3x10mm** *DIN 912* 1x **bolt M3x6mm (or 8mm)** *DIN 912* 1x **M3nS nut** *DIN 562* #details Print the parts as orientated in the stl files. ##Guide Insert the blade by adding an M600. How I do it: - Print with 0.15 layer hight - Add M600 at z=1.4 I do this at prusaslicer by adding *{if layer_z ==1.4}M600 Y200; Color change {endif}* to "after layer change g-code" at printer settings->custom g-code When inserting the blade: Make sure the blade is even with the last printed layer so it doesn't hit your nozzle! ##Bolt Fixture Use supports ##Body Just print it, nothing else to say. ##Logo You don't need this, but it gives your tool a nice touch. Use the file *body_with_logo-7.zip.amf* for setup. #Take a look at my other projects: ##Spannerhands Filament Box with silica gel and hygrometer thing:3721856 ##filament buffer (airtight & easy to fill) for Prusa MMU2.0 thing:3668570 ##LMGTS filament straightener thing:3732756
