I've encountered some issues with backpressure causing the PTFE tube between the Titan and the hotend to buckle or move around during prints. I came up with a simple solution - print a sleeve or guide for the PTFE tube. The height of the guide should fit snugly against the extruder and hot end. To create this guide, you'll need to remove one of the collets (I removed the one at the hotend, but it probably doesn't make much difference). Print Settings: Printer: cbot Rafts: Doesn't matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I used PLA, but almost any filament should work fine for this. There's a slight risk of heat creep from the hotend, but if that happens, you've got bigger problems (like losing the hotend fan). I set the diameter of the inner guide to 4.2mm so the PTFE tube can fit in without any issues.
