I wanted a more reliable spool holder for my Prusa i3 MK2, so I designed one - you can see it in the photo and the files and instructions are available online. The new placement of the spool necessitated a superior solution for guiding the filament to the extruder. This is an improvement on a printed part downloaded directly from Prusa 3D themselves which adds an endpoint for a regular PTFE Bowden tube at the top of the printer frame, above the power supply unit.
