This is meant to hold the extra filament from a multi-spool drybox. The idea is that it will hold the filament and seal the PTFE tube. When you remove the PTFE tube to swap it to the printer this holds the filament so that it doesn't go back into the tube making you open your drybox to feed more through. My design uses a drilled 1/2" rubber stopper, I bought mine for 23 cents at Ace Hardware. The original design had you print a piece with flexible filament but I don't have any so I modified it to use a cheap stopper. This uses 3 M3 bolts and nuts, I had M4 so i made it work but i had to clearance the sides a bit. Note: drilling the rubber stopper was difficult.
