This is a 3D printed bushing that utilizes 3mm PTFE tubing as the contact surface. The tubing traverses through the 3D printed casing in a spiral pattern to facilitate even pressure around the shaft it's traveling on. A small amount of preload exists between the tube and the linear you'll be using. The diameter of the bushing is 15mm with a length of 13mm, allowing for easy scaling up in your slicer along one axis if desired. It's essential to double-check your slicer settings before printing due to the piece's thin areas; ensure that the outer perimeter remains a consistent extrusion.
