PTFE Bowden Tube Separator (Clamp) for Ikea Lack Enclosure MMU

<p>Note: You may want to scale this up as the fit is a bit tight</p> <p>This is a PTFE Bowden tube clamp for 4mm outer diameter PTFE tubing. It was designed with a 0.4mm nozzle in mind, but due to small size, I recommend printing with a 0.2mm nozzle. The bottom is tapered to provide a pressure fit depending on how tight the screws are. The clamps are secured with M3x5 screws. Drill pilot holes, and do not overtighten or you could compress the PTFE tubing.</p> <p>If you are using this with the Ikea Lack Enclosure, the clamps are separated by 5-5/16" relative to the center of each clamp. The first and last clamp should be flush with the side and back edges of the enclosure. This will ensure even spacing and enables PTFE tube removal without removing both screws.</p> <p>These clamps have allowed me to use 5 colors without the need for a filament buffer, which is a PITA when swapping filament rolls.</p> <p>Feel free to remix or sell, but please attribute with a link.<br/> Check us out on Instagram: @3dprint_space and soon 3DDeluxe.com</p>
