PTFE Bowden Tube Separator (Clamp) for Ikea Lack Enclosure MMU

thingiverse

This is a PTFE Bowden tube clamp for 4mm PTFE tubing that fits like a glove. It was engineered with a 0.4mm nozzle in mind, but due to its compact size, I highly recommend printing it with a 0.2mm nozzle. The bottom is carefully tapered to provide a snug pressure fit depending on how tightly the screws are secured. The clamps are held firmly in place with M3x5 screws. Drill pilot holes first and avoid overtightening or you risk compressing the PTFE tubing. If you're using this clamp with the Ikea Lack Enclosure, the clamps should be spaced 13 centimeters apart relative to their center point. The first and last clamp must be flush with the side and back edges of the enclosure for even spacing and easy PTFE tube removal without removing both screws. These clamps have made it possible for me to use 5 different colors without needing a filament buffer, which is a huge relief when swapping filament rolls.
