Phosphatodraco, a Maastrichtian discovery, emerged from a Moroccan phosphate quarry and made its way to the United States for meticulous molding. This 2-meter-long flying reptile is one of the last pterosaurs before the catastrophic extinction event. The molded skeleton was carefully scanned in a paleolab in Morocco and expertly assembled using Blender software. Learn more about Phosphatodraco at the Musée de l'Apparent or explore its fascinating story on GeoLab Uni LaSalle's YouTube channel or LinkedIn showcase.
