I designed an integrated system that combines a PT100 sensor with its associated electronic components outside my 3D printer to monitor and control the hot-end temperature. This sensor is specifically engineered to trigger a power-off signal in case of overheating, ensuring safe operation of the printer. A custom Arduino interface ensures seamless thermal control within the printer's enclosure, providing precise temperature management and protection against damage from excessive heat.
