PT Bike Box

PT Bike Box

I'm carrying around a lot of small items that need organizing on my bike. To solve this problem, I've created something unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming that essentially does the same job as a backpack and some sandwich bags. Meet the PT Bike Box! Since I already have the rack for the Topeak BabySeat 2, my creation is also very specific. However, it works great and holds a lot of stuff (check out the pictures). I'm sure there are many ways to improve this design. If you think of any, please let me know. Here's how to put it together: The black boxes were printed at a layer height of .2 with 50% infill. I used marine-grade epoxy to attach one bike box base to another. I also glued a logoless lid to a lid with a logo to create a tray for the second bike box on top. The green and red parts were printed at a layer height of .2 with 10% infill.
