I Designed These 3D Printed Parts to Create a 1/3 Scale Boeing Stearman Cockpit. The Plane Itself Is a Balsa USA Kit, Which Will Be Powered by a Seven Cylinder 250cc Moki Radial Engine. Print Settings Were as Follows: Printer Brand Was Up!, But the Actual Printer Used Was the Up Plus. Rafts Were Built Yes to Help with Support. Supports for Critical Areas Were Also Built Yes to Ensure Structural Integrity. Resolution Ranges from .15 to .20 Millimeters, Allowing for a High Level of Detail. Notes on the Project Include Photos of Resized Gauges Provided to Fit the Printed Dash. The Cockpit Itself Was Designed Entirely from Photos and Scaled to Match the Balsa USA Kit Specifications. This Design was a Success as Seen in the Maiden Flight Photo
