The original Old House model, featured in Hitchcock's Psycho and other films, is available in native 3ds Max 2017 (V-Ray 3.40.01) format as well as regular 3ds Max 2017 and OBJ formats. Note that the model is not intended for subdivision. The scene features V-Ray sun and light dome lighting, with all grouped models having correctly named objects. Both interior and exterior views are included. Geometry consists of polygonal quad/triangles. No special plugins are needed to open the file, and no cleaning up is necessary. The model accurately represents real-world dimensions (1391 cm height, 1801 cm length, and 1149 cm width). Materials and textures include all materials with correct names, as well as textures in both .PNG and .JPG formats with resolutions up to 2048x2048.
