PSVR Spectacle Shield - Remix
thingiverse
This is a small piece to print twice for attaching to your PSVR if you wear glasses. Printing this is thought to reduce scratches on the PSVR lenses and your glasses. Why a remix? I wanted smoother lines, different fillets, and to adjust dimensions potentially. The fastest way was to rebuild the model in Fusion 360. A Fusion 360 export has been included. Note: The jpg picture showing the PSVR and 3d print was borrowed from Stoney. My own picture will be taken after printing and installation. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 20% Filament: Hatchbox PLA, 1.75 Yellow Post-Printing I attached these inside the PSVR with small double-sided foam dots. How I Designed This I imported Stoney's .stl into Fusion 360 and used it as a reference to build my own model. The sizing of various features are roughly the same currently.
