This print is based loosely on argoroots' toolbox (although argoroots only shared STL files rather than the more easily editable STEP files, so I started from scratch).

The major differences are:

Hooks on the side for hanging long tools

Custom holes so each tool has its place rather than just chucking stuff into whichever hole it'll fit - that helps me make sure I don't lose tools as I can see what's missing when I put stuff down in a stupid place.

It's slightly wider (the width of the frame rather than the width of the PSU).

There are editable STEP files shared (including one with no holes in the top so you can choose what holes you want).

Mine has holes for:

Prusa ABS Juice bottle.

Glue stick.

Wera 118070 2.5mm by 60mm non-ball hex driver (the most useful tool for assembling the printer!).

Prusa screwdriver.

Four nozzles (in labelled slots: two 0.4 mm, one 0.25 mm and one 0.6 mm).

Six small hex keys (the ones that came with my printer).

Prusa pliers.

Three spare blades for this spatula / bed scraper thing.

It also has hooks for:

Two small brass brushes for easy nozzle cleaning.

This spatula / bed scraper thing.

This filament cutter.

Obviously the hooks can be used for anything you want.

There are STL files for two versions: one with and one without some embossed text for a few of the slots. There are STEP files for those two versions plus another one without any holes in the top. You can easily edit that last STEP file if you want to have a different hole arrangement. I didn't bother including an STL file for the non-hole version as I can't imagine anyone printing it without editing it first and STLs are awkward to edit.

I printed mine in PETG, with the 0.2 mm QUALITY preset but with infill reduced to 10% as it really doesn't need much. The hooks are dovetailed and a good tight fit; it wouldn't hurt to check your printer extruder calibration with this thing before printing, but it they won't go in then they should be adjustable with a triangular file or similar.

The double-reel holder has to be moved slightly to the left (so it's just covering the right-hand side of the A of the PRUSA logo) to make sure you can remove reels without the screwdriver getting in the way - see the last photo. This doesn't seem to cause any problems.
