I'm using a PSU Cover on my HyperCube 3D Printer that I found at Thingiverse, make #286737. It has a hole for a simple C14 connector and a cut-away section for the larger connector with fuse and switch. You can check it out online at Elfadistrelec.no. The larger connector is an inntak C14 faston mm 10-250 vac svart skruemontering pe schurter dd11.0114.1111, available on Biltema.no. It's used for powering my LED lighting system, which I've rigged up with a switch that fits through an 11mm hole in the PSU Cover.
