I designed custom cable combs specifically for an ATX power supply extension set that's been sleeved with 550 Paracord. The bottoms of the combs are lined up along the X-axis, and the top pieces are aligned along the Y-axis. If you've got sleeved cables with 18-gauge wires, size shouldn't be a problem at all. But if your wires are 16-AWG, just scale the design up to 107%. For assembly, use M3 x 12mm screws paired with M3 nuts of your preference.
