PSU MKS Bracket
thingiverse
It's a bracket designed to attach an MKS board to the top shell screws of a salvaged Dell PSU. The holes are proprietary, likely due to their unique design. When referencing this setup, keep in mind that AC-In is positioned on the left, accompanied by a wire harness and fan on the right. Relative to these components, the bracket mounts to the top of the PSU, intended to be rotated 90 degrees for easier installation (with the top facing you). To verify compatibility, note the hole offsets from center: Left: 13mm inset, 5mm from side Right: 20mm inset at the bottom and 17mm inset at the top, 5mm from side If these measurements align correctly, the bracket should fit seamlessly. Additionally, this design features holes for an Orange Pi or similar layout board. Due to space constraints, it's recommended to secure the board using a case, rather than relying on nuts behind the bracket. For this purpose, I utilized the "Case with Extra Screw Overhang" from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1583252), which perfectly accommodates 20mm M3 bolts and nuts. Another added feature of this design is an air curtain for enhanced cooling, utilizing a standard 80mm fan. Initially, this setup included parts to secure thin supports; however, after testing, they proved unnecessary, so I removed them from the design.
