Here's how I tackled the issue with my MK3 printer's PSU. It used to heat up ridiculously fast when printing. So, while working on the IKEA Lack enclosure from https://www.prusaprinters.org/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure, I made a decision to try something different - an actively cooling PSU holder. This is my first attempt at it. You should be aware that there are two versions of this mount: one for the left side and another for the right side (the Prusa original mount goes on the right). The air outlet differs between these two models. For me, placing the cooling fan on the left side worked better with low rpm settings. To attach the holder to the Lack enclosure, you'll need 2 screws that are 6mm by 30mm long. You can also use an M3 screw of the same length if needed. I'm currently using a Be Quiet! case fan (https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/266) because it has a rubberized frame that reduces vibration significantly, which is a nice feature.
