PSU Holder For 4020 Extrusion Profile

I wanted more space under my printer so I lifted it 15 cm above my desk. Now, I had to come up with a design that held the power supply unit and provided airflow using a mounted 120 mm fan. These printer legs are very simple to print - you'll need just two hours per model. They grab your PSU perfectly if you measure yours correctly. I also created additional models for the front and rear side of my printer, designed for the 2020 extrusion profile with a single slot. This keeps the printer from swinging in different directions. Print times are almost identical for all models, except for the rear part which takes a bit longer. You'll need between 9 and 15 meters of filament per model when printing with PLA. You'll need four nuts and bolts to mount the 120mm fan. No tools are required for assembly. The design features low infill percentage and doesn't require any supports. Just print and use - that's it! There's still some space left for airflow on both sides. Warning: The "Leg" model warped after one week of use due to prolonged pressure. You can replace these legs with the new Meanwell models. Update, July 11th, 2020: I redesigned the Meanwell model to center the airflow and added screw holes. Update, September 29th, 2020: The back holder model has been updated to provide efficient airflow from both sides. This requires two fans now. Update, October 29th, 2020: I added a new V2 design with a basic guide that includes a 3mf file. This design blows hot air out in front of the PSU fan.
